Comportamiento del oferente . A las operaciones de oferta y venta que se hagan en virtud de lo dispuesto por el presente Programa de Enajenación, se aplicarán las normas contenidas en los artículos 15 y 16 del Decreto 2915 de 1990 y en el inciso 2º del artículo 303 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero.
