Las víctimas de la violencia política tienen derecho a la asistencia en materia de salud con cargo a la subcuenta ECAT del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía -Fosyga-, dentro de los límites y condiciones previstos en el Decreto 3990 de 2007. El daño físico se extiende a las consecuencias psiquiátricas y psicológicas que este tipo de agresiones generan a las víctimas dentro de los límites y condiciones señalados en el Decreto 3990 de 2007.
