º El presente Decreto regula la incorporación de los empleados oficiales cuyos empleos sean suprimidos en virtud de lo dispuesto por el Decreto extraordinario 77 de 1987. Tendrán este derecho los empleados que estaban vinculados a la respectiva entidad el 15 de enero de 1987 y conserven tal vinculación en la fecha de incorporación.
