Art. 304. Para ponerse a la carga un buque oon destino a otro puerto de la República, necesita permiso por escrito del Jefe la Aduana, quien lo concederá teniendo en cuenta la prohibicion del artículo 202, para lo cual el Jefe del Resguardo practicará previamente una visita de fondeo.
