Articulo 15. La Junta Directiva tendrá reuniones ordinarias por lo menos una vez por semana, en el día y hora que ella misma determine, y extraordinarias, cuando así lo disponga su Presidente o lo solicite el Gerente General o por lo menos tres de los Directores. Tanto las reuniones ordinarias como las extraordinarias se podrán celebrar fuera de la sede social principal, cuando las circunstancias lo exijan y así lo acuerde la Junta.
