Del pago en establecimientos bancarios. En caso de que el arrendador dentro del término pactado, se niegue a recibir el pago del precio de arrendamiento que legalmente debe efectuar el arrendatario, éste podrá cumplir su obligación consignando, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes al vencimiento de dicho término, el valor correspondiente en los establecimientos bancarios, con arreglo a las normas contenidas en el Decreto 1943 de 1956 y disposiciones que lo adicionan o reforman.
