º Los exámenes periciales de que trata este Decreto deberán practicarse con la más rigurosa escrupulosidad. Si se comprobare que hubo mala fe o negligencia en su realización o en la rendición del dictamen correspondiente, los funcionarios responsables serán destituidos por la autoridad nominadora, sin perjuicio de las sanciones penales a que haya lugar.
