Los Bancos enviarán a la Superintendencia Bancaria informes semestrales sobre la vigilancia que ha ejercido sobre la inversión de los préstamos a que se refiere la Ley 26 de 1959. Si algún prestatario no demostrare en forma aceptable que la inversión se ha hecho de acuerdo con la finalidad del respectivo préstamo el Banco deberá dar por terminado el plazo que falte para la vencerse la obligación.
