Artículo segundo . Son requisitos para obtener el título académico de magíster

Aprobar un programa de estudios, con un promedio de calificaciones no inferior a cuatro (4), que comprenda un mínimo de cuarenta y ocho (48) créditos académicos.

La elaboración de un trabajo de investigación (tesis) juzgado y aceptado en la Universidad respectiva según sus propios reglamentos, por un jurado integrado por profesores, de los cuales al menos dos tengan el título de magíster o de doctor en la especialidad respectiva. El trabajo de investigación o tesis tendrá u n valor de doce (12) créditos académicos.
