Modifíquese el artículo 5.5.1.1.4 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 5.5.1.1.4 Costo. La asignación del código por parte de la Agencia Numeradora Nacional no deberá generar ningún costo adicional para los emisores de valores, los sistemas de negociación, las bolsas de valores, las bolsas de bienes y productos agropecuarios, agroindustriales o de otros commodities, ni los depósitos centralizados de valores, siempre y cuando aquella no se encuentre obligada a pagar una cuota de afiliación a la Asociación Internacional de Agencias Numeradoras (Association of National Numbering Agencies "ANNA") o al organismo que haga sus veces.".
