Art. 10. El artículo 6º del mencionado decreto quedará así:

"Toda clase de instrumentos o documentos públicos en que se haya interesado particulares se extenderán en papel sellado correspondiente, según su valor o naturaleza, siempre que no estén comprendidos especialmente en alguna de las disposiciones anteriores."
