° Las licencias a que se refire el artículo anterior, se concederán para reponer los géneros que perecieron en el siniestro. Si la identificación no fuere posible, la licencia se otorgará para importar artículos de los especificados en las listas de importación vigentes, al expedirse la nueva licencia.
