º La Dependencia Correspondiente Del Ministerio De Comercio Exterior, A Cuyo Cargo Se Encuentren Las Funciones Relacionadas Con El Transporte Marítimo, Pondrá En Conocimiento De La Junta Del Acuerdo De Cartagena, Las Restricciones Que Se Impongan A Las Naves De Propiedad, Fletadas U Operadas Por Empresas Nacionales De Transporte Marítimo

º La dependencia correspondiente del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior, a cuyo cargo se encuentren las funciones relacionadas con el transporte marítimo, pondrá en conocimiento de la Junta del Acuerdo de Cartagena, las restricciones que se impongan a las naves de propiedad, fletadas u operadas por Empresas Nacionales de Transporte Marítimo.

Parágrafo

Mientras se organiza el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior, esta función la adelantará la Dirección de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico.
