La canalización de la quebrada Armenia , que se adelanta de acuerdo con el mandato de la Ley 51 de 1936 , se prolongará hasta el lugar que indiquen el Ingeniero Jefe de la obra y el Ingeniero Municipal de Armenia, en un trayecto no mayor de 500 metros, que empezarán a contarse de la confluencia de las aguas de la Plaza de Ferias en adelante, pudiendo entrar en esta prolongación las derivaciones necesarias para el perfeccionamiento de la obra.
