Los contratos sobre adquisición de terrenos para aeródromos o instalaciones para el servicio de rutas aéreas, sólo requerirán, para su validez, cuando su cuantía no exceda de $ 3,000, de la apropiación del Ministerio de Guerra. En los demás casos se observarán las prescripciones de la Ley 13 de 1935 .
