°. Duración . Los Espacios Territoriales de Capacitación y Reincorporación (ETCR) podrán tener una duración de dos (2) años contados a partir de la fecha establecida en los artículos 1° y 2° del Decreto número 1274 de 2017. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de la evaluación que permita al Gobierno nacional modificarlos, suprimirlos o prorrogarlos según las necesidades del caso, por razones de seguridad, de índole administrativo y cualquier otra que pueda presentarse.
