Sanciones. De conformidad con los artículos 44 y 55 de la Ley 643 de 2001 o la norma que los modifique o adicione, a los concesionarios y colocadores que incumplan con las normas que rigen la operación del juego de apuestas permanentes o chance, les serán aplicables las sanciones allí previstas, sin perjuicio de las demás establecidas en el contrato de concesión y en las normas pertinentes.
