Las tarifas aplicables a la inscripción, ingreso de información, expedición de certificados y servicios prestados por el Registro Unico Nacional de Tránsito, RUNT, serán fijadas anualmente, mediante resolución expedida por el Ministerio de Transporte, de acuerdo con el sistema y método adoptados mediante la presente ley.
