Las tasas correspondientes a los trámites, actuaciones especiales, solicitudes varias y demás servicios de que trata el artículo 1º del presente decreto, deberán ser canceladas previamente a la radicación de la solicitud respectiva, con excepción de las cauciones y los pagos por información al usuario señalados en el capítulo V numerales 4, 10 y 14 del artículo 1º de este decreto, respectivamente.
