ARTICULO 78

Comunicaciones por el Secretario General.

El Secretario General de las Naciones Unidas comunicará a todos los Estados pertenecientes a cualquiera de las cuatro categorías mencionadas en el artículo 74;

las firmas de la presente Convención y el depósito de instrumentos de ratificación o adhesión, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los articulos 74, 75 y 76.

la fecha en que entre en vigor la presente Convención, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 77.
