Apruébase el acuerdo número 35 del 1º de abril de 1974, emanado de la Junta Dirctiva del Servicio Colombiano de Meteorología e Hidrología y cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 31 DE 1974 (abril 1º) por el cual fe determina la planta de personal administrativo del Servicio Colombiano de Meteorología e Hidrología.
