Decreto 2505 de 1959 · Por el cual se aprueba la Resolución del Superintendente de Sociedades Anonimas

Las Oficinas Seccionales tendrán, entre otras, las siguientes funciones:

a)

Propender por que las sociedades respectivo Departamento cumplan las leyes relacionadas con ellas.

b)

Practicar por comisión del Superintendente, visitas a las sociedades.

c)

Revisar las minutas relacionadas con sociedades sometidas a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia, y hacer las observaciones de orden legal que sean pertinentes.

d)

Cumplir las órdenes que les sean impartidas por el Superintendente, por los Superintendentes Delegados y por el Secretario.

e)

Rendir informe mensual al Superintendente de las labores desarrolladas por la Oficina.

f)

Vigilar el desarrollo de las asambleas generales de accionistas que se celebren en el domicilio de la Seccional.

g)

Las demás que les sean señaladas por el Superintendente.
