La reserva para atender la obligación de futuras pensiones de jubilación e invalidez a que se refiere el presente Decreto, podrá deducirse de la renta bruta por concepto de pagos y amortizaciones de la obligación en cada ejercicio fiscal hasta en un 8% del total de la reserva calculada a 31 de diciembre del respectivo año, sin exceder del 100% de la totalidad de la reserva.
