Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, especialmente el inciso segundo del artículo 4° del Decreto 2660 de 1998, los numerales 4 y 6 del artículo 28 y los artículos 29, 30, 31, 32, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52 y 53 del Decreto 172 de 2001.
