Artículo único . Declárase rescindido el contrato de 15 de diciembre de 1874, celebrado con el señor Carlos S. Brown, sobre construccion de un ferrocarril entre el puerto de Buenaventura i el rio Cauca. Esta rescisión surte sus efectos desde esta fecha; pero se comunicará al contratista por conducto del Cónsul jeneral en New-York.
