Corresponsabilidad . En desarrollo de lo dispuesto en los artículos 26 y 161, numeral 12, y 172 de la Ley 1448 de 2011, todas las entidades estatales, tanto del nivel nacional como del territorial, tienen la responsabilidad de prevenir, asistir, atender y reparar integralmente a las víctimas en los términos de los artículos 3° y 9° de la Ley 1448 de 2011, conforme a sus competencias y responsabilidades. El principio de corresponsabilidad debe ejecutarse teniendo en cuenta el interés general de la Nación y la autonomía territorial.
