Art. 113. Cuando, a juicio de la seccion de reconocimiento, no hai inconveniente para pesar varios bultos de un mismo contenido o de una misma clase en una sola pesada, así se podrá disponer ; pero si resultare una diferencia en el peso, mayor o menor de un diez por ciento, se pesarán uno por uno, para poder aplicarles la pena correspondiente a los bultos en que esté la diferencia o el exceso.
