Artículo sexto. Los cursos de capacitación a que se refiere este Decreto se dictarán en las Facultades de Química y Farmacia que funcionen en el país con aprobación oficial. Estos cursos tendrán una duración con no menor de cien (100) horas, y si fuere necesario se dictarán en las horas de la tarde o de la noche, de manera que los asistentes pueden atender sus cargos u ocupaciones diurnas.

Parágrafo

Para tener derecho a la prestación de examen. se requiere haber asistido al 20% de las clases. La evaluación de los exámenes finales se hará por un jurado integrado por el Director del Curso y sendos representantes de los Ministerios de Educación y Salud Pública.
