Transformación y disolución. El Fodesep sólo podrá transformarse o disolverse para liquidarse o fusionarse, por disposición legal, la cual determinará el destino de los aportes patrimoniales efectuados por el Gobierno Nacional. En lo demás el procedimiento de liquidación y la cancelación de las obligaciones se efectuarán conforme lo establece la Ley 79 de 1988 para organismos cooperativos.
