El Cupo Establecido En El Artículo 1° Del Presente Decreto Será Reglamentado Y Administrado Por La Dirección De Comercio Exterior Del Ministerio De Comercio, Industria Y Turismo

°. El cupo establecido en el artículo 1° del presente decreto será reglamentado y administrado por la Dirección de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo.

Parágrafo

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 4° de la Resolución 1070 de la Secretaría General de la Comunidad Andina, el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo deberá informar mensualmente a la mencionada Secretaría General sobre las importaciones que se realicen al amparo del diferimiento autorizado en el artículo 3° del presente decreto.
