Los marinos que se retiren conforme a los nuevos tiempos de servicio, establecidos por esta Ley, tendrán derecho, además del sueldo de retiro, a que el Tesoro Público les pague, por una sola vez, una recompensa igual a un mes de sueldo correspondiente a su grado por cada año de servicio que exceda de los quince (15) años para los Oficiales, y después de los diez (10) años para el personal de clases y marinería.
