La provisión de los empleos de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia se hará de conformidad con las disposiciones previstas en la Ley 909 de 2004 yen el sistema específico de carrera administrativa de las superintendencias, regulado por el Decreto Ley 775 de 2005 y el Decreto 1083 de 2015 y demás disposiciones que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
