El Capitán ó Patrón de toda embarcación que vaya á emprender viaje presentará á la Inspección por duplicado y con su firma el rol del personal empleado en la dirección, manejo y servicio general de la embarcación. Un ejemplar visado por la Inspección, si ésta no tuviere reforma que hacer, le será devuelto al Capitán, y el duplicado se conservará en el archivo de la Inspección.
