Art. 3 ° Trasládase desde la promulgación de la presente ley, la capital de la Provincia de Los Santos, en el Departamento de Panamá, de la ciudad de la Villa de los Santos la de Pesé.

Asimismo, el Juzgado de Circuito que actualmente tiene su asiento en la Villa de los Santos, pasará á la nueva capital de la Provincia.
