Artículo primero. El Instituto de Fomento Industrial, con los recursos provenientes de los "Bonos de Fomento Industrial"de que trata la Resolución Ejecutiva No.177 de 1979, podrá conceder cupos especiales de crédito a la Corporación Financiera Popular y a las Corporaciones Financieras privadas con destino a préstamos a las sociedades calificadas como Parques Industriales, sin exceder el 25% del monto total de los recursos captados.
