Apertura a prueba. Recibido el proceso se dejará a disposición de los sujetos procesales por el término común de ocho (8) días, para que las partes soliciten las pruebas que estimen conducentes.

Una vez decretadas las pruebas, se practicarán dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes.
