El Gobierno podrá hacer las operaciones financieras necesarias para el pago del Museo, negociándolo para pagar en varias vigencias fiscales, si fuere el caso, quedando facultado para abrir los créditos que sean necesarios para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley.
