Si de las investigaciones resultare la prueba necesaria para juzgar á algún empleado de aquéllos que sean justiciables por el Senado, dará cuenta, con testimonio de lo conducente, á la Cámara de Representantes, para que ésta examine y decida si es ó no el caso de proponer acusación ante el Senado.

Parágrafo

Si el responsable fuere algún empleado, funcionario público ó persona particular que deba ser juzgado por otra autoridad, pasará copia de lo conducente á la Corte Suprema de Justicia ó al Tribunal ó Juez competente, para que allí se perfeccione el sumario y se proceda al juzgamiento del responsable.
