Para efectos de la liquidación de los tributos aduaneros, el importador podrá descontar del monto total a pagar por concepto de gravamen arancelario, el resultado de multiplicar el DAEE determinado por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, por el número total de toneladas declaradas en la respectiva declaración de importación con derecho a dicho descuento.
