Las comisiones al exterior que deba cumplir el personal de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional se regirán por las normas especiales existentes sobre el particular. En lo concerniente a viáticos y demás gastos de viaje dentro del país y sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 5.°, no podrán exceder del máximo establecido por el presente Decreto.
