Los Inspectores del Trabajo y Seguridad Social podrán ordenar la paralización o prohibición inmediata de trabajos o tareas por inobservancia de la normativa sobre prevención de riesgos laborales, de concurrir riesgo grave e inminente para la seguridad o salud de los trabajadores, hasta tanto se supere la inobservancia de la normatividad.
