Artículo veintiocho . INHABILIDAD E INCOMPATIBILIDADES. Los miembros de la Contraloría General de la República que hayan ejercido el control fiscal de la Zona, así como los parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad y segundo de afinidad, no podrán ser nombrados ni prestar sus servicios en él sino después de un (1) año de producido su retiro.
