Informe anual sobre situación docente. Conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior del presente Decreto, los Directores y Rectores de los institutos docentes remitirán al Director del Núcleo a más tardar el último día hábil de febrero para el calendario A y el último día hábil de septiembre para el calendario B, de cada año, la lista de todos los educadores al servicio del instituto, señalando sus títulos, último grado en el escalafón y carga académica. Esta información deberá entregarse al alcalde nominador, con copia al Delegado Permanente del Ministerio de Educación Nacional ante el Fondo Educativo Regional respectivo, para la toma de decisiones.
