º . Ningún empleado público de las entidades territoriales podrá percibir una asignación básica mensual superior a los límites máximos establecidos en el artículo 1º del presente decreto. En todo caso, ningún empleado público de las entidades territoriales podrá devengar una remuneración total mensual superior a la que corresponde por todo concepto al Gobernador o Alcalde respectivo.
