La Conservación Y La Vigilancia De Las Líneas De Cada Zona Dependerán Del Correspondiente Inspector General, Quien Será Responsable Del Servicio Solidariamente Con El Personal De Telegrafistas Y De Guardas

Decreto 1048 de 1931 · POR EL CUAL SE REGLAMENTAN LAS FUNCIONES DE LOS INSPECTORES GENERALES DE LOS INSPECTORES GENERALES DE ZONAS TELEGRAFICAS Y SE DICTAN OTRAS DISPOSICIONES COMPLEMENTARIAS, EN DESARROLLO DEL DECRETO NUMERO 1030 (13 JUNIO DE 1931).

° La conservación y la vigilancia de las líneas de cada zona dependerán del correspondiente Inspector General, quien será responsable del servicio solidariamente con el personal de Telegrafistas y de Guardas.

Parágrafo

La responsabilidad de que trata este artículo se refiere a las oficinas extremas del sector afectado de incomunicación o dificultad, y se contrae al empleado o empleados de turno de la línea o líneas anuladas, y al Guarda o Guardas del respectivo trayecto, desde que el defecto principie hasta que termine.
