Ley 104 de 1993 · por la cual se consagran unos instrumentos para la búsqueda de la convivencia, la eficacia de la justicia y se dictan otras disposiciones.

La solicitud será resuelta dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la fecha de recibo del expediente.

El indulto se concederá por resolución ejecutiva suscrita por el Presidente de la República y los Ministros de Gobierno, y de Justicia y del Derecho. Copia de ella se enviará al funcionario judicial a cargo del correspondiente proceso.

Contra dicha resolución procede el recurso de reposición, en la oportunidad y con los requisitos que señale el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
