En los primeros cinco días de cada mes los Alcaldes de la República y los encargados de llevar el registro civil, enviarán tanto a la Dirección General de Lazaretos, como al Síndico del respectivo Departamento, una lista de las personas que hayan muerto en el Municipio durante el mes anterior y que hayan dejado bienes que valgan más de cien pesos ($100), lista que se tomará de los libros respectivos.
