Las disposiciones de esta Ley no se refieren a los contratos que la Sociedad de Caminos de Hierro en Colombia tiene celebrado con los Departamentos de Cundinamarca, Boyacá y Santander, pues para dicha Sociedad rigen las estipulaciones contenidas en los contratos respectivos con las modificaciones que puedan pactar en el futuro.
