Ejecutoriada la sentencia dictada en los juicios de oposición o de demanda de cancelación de registro de marca, se publicara un extracto de ella en el Diario Oficial, a costa de la parte favorecida, y el Juez devolverá al Ministerio el expediente original para los fines consiguientes.
