El Ministerio de Obras Públicas por intermedio de la Dirección Nacional de Carreteras o cualquier otra jefatura de esa entidad a la que corresponda, dispondrá el mantenimiento y conservación de la carretera Turbaco-Turbaná, por conducto del Distrito No. 3, con sede en Cartagena, en el Departamento de Bolívar, que deberá ejecutarse con recursos propios del presupuesto ordinario del correspondiente Distrito.
